Responding to criticism

I figured I'd take a minute to respond to some of the criticism I've been receiving from people over my blog posts.

I do understand that the majority of people do not want to believe certain things because they enjoy living in their little bubble where nothing bad happens. The bubble where bad people aren't real and corporations really care about people and won't do bad things to simply make a buck, but unfortunately for them that is not the world we live in.

Bribes and Scams are prevalent in all aspects of society in every country, including the Video Game Industry. The sooner everybody understands how deep this goes and realizes the truth, the sooner we Gamers can take back our rights and use our money to promote respectable Game Developers and Publishers instead of throwing money around just to satisfy our small desires, which in the long run, will make things even worse and lead to another 1983.

Also, to those who want to insult and belittle my writing skills, it is not my fault that you never graduated from any writing class. How I write is the proper, correct way to punctuate a sentence with proper grammar and syntax. Sure, I make mistakes, I'm human after all, but 99% of what and how I write is correct.

I will continue writing articles exposing the industry players for who they are, to educate and enlighten the Gaming World to the realities of how things are. The reason for this: I love the industry and I am sick and tired of greedy bastards destroying the industry I love so much.

If you don't want to believe what I write or don't like what I write, than don't come here.

  1. Thanks for taking the time to share this info man. I love gaming so much and makes me so sad to see the direction things are going in. The graphics keep getting shinier and the gameplay shittier. Blows my mind. I have hope for the future though. The world of gaming is still so young and our numbers are growing. I think people will eventually realize the full potential of games and start spending their money accordingly. Thanks agian for helping this process along.

  5. You do awesome work man. I already knew of some things, but your posts really give me a better inside look at things.

Ignore the haters. Let them lead their sad little lives by posting hate for the sake of hating.

  6. I am very appreciative of the time you take to inform us of how the gaming industry works. Having someone give me an insight into the inner workings of said industry has been a very educational tool for me. Please continue with your efforts, and to disregard all the naysayers who sadly will continue to remain ignorant despite your efforts.

    Cheers!

  8. I agree with you as well sir. Do not be discouraged keep writing and keep it up. In fact if I make a request since you have far more resources I think it would be suitable to cover Copyright/Intellectual Property laws and show how publisher use these to steal IPs from the developers. People would be surpirised to see how little developer profit and also that they do not get to keep "their" idea. Keep it up man you got my support.

  9. As others have already said man, don't let people's ignorance get to you. Your'e doing a great thing here man, the industry needs people like you. No matter how perfect your writing, or how accurate your information; their will always be people on here that can't wait to show you how jealous they are, through insults no less.

I see you posted about some of your general thoughts on the next round of consoles and what they might be about. Cant wait to read your thoughts. Though with E3 here now, I'd like hear your personal views on which company's came out on top. I've already formed some major opinions of my own and I'd like to share them with you.
